The only time I've ever seen anyone moved from that block of three was a guy volunteered to sit somewhere else to give the mum & two kids some more room. The crew gratefully moved him - to WT+
You're right those seats are the best, didnt think about F being in the middle, it will still be better than a standard seat but definitely not as good as being on either one of the sides and I imagien your chances of being moved are greater.
I actually don't mind A or K either, its nice putting your feet up on the door, if a littel chilly!
