Today-

5 sets of:
bodyweight bench press
pullups

Load up the bench with bodyweight (if weigh 190, put 190 pounds on). Do as many reps as possible, then immediately jump over to pullups and max out. Rest 5 minutes between sets.

10,7,6,6,4
20,14,13,15,10
