It was a very popular party it appears. Took delivery of a Ford C-Max this afternoon. There were about 4-5 cars in the dozens of Hertz bays...Everyone else's were full! Now that's a bloody coincidence, is it not?
I have to say I hate this car they gave me, it feels like a van and the ride comfort as well as equipment levels are several notches down these of my own car...but I obviously can't complain. I hope I have better luck with my next 2 reservations.
There were 2 agents when I arrived at the counter, one was serving some Pakistani-English chaps who had obviously reserved on this deal for 61 days, and had the gall to turn the C-Max down and demand a specific car (didn't catch the model name).
