Its an age thing... remember the changing table accomidations (besides airplanes) didn't really hit its stride in the USA until the mid 90's.

Anyway, IME all of the Airbus have them allong with all of the WW aircraft.

None of the domestic Boeing aircraft have them except for the 772's
