Well written sfvoyage. Like you, I have no idea how it happens how this upgrade happened...perhaps a system error has occurred just like the problems we faced sometimes using Singaporeair.com. I once have someone else personal krisflyer online account appearing when I logged into my personal account. Not likely....but you could possibly be LPPS in computer language!
