I was flying from ORD to LAX last night on UA 815. As we back up from the gate and prepared to taxi at 7PM, about 20 emergency vehicles (fire, medical, police) vehicles rushed passed our plane and surrounded what appeared to be an American Airlines.

Does anyone know what happened?
