Hopefully this doesn't come off as too harsh but I think if someone has a laundry list of complaints this long then they should 100% move over to HH and see if it’s any better (not just the OP but all of us who start these rant threads).

I'm a firm believer that the grass isn't always greener on the other side but only by going over there and finding out will one know for sure.

I can tell you with certainty that if I had this many problems with any company I would change in a heartbeat. Some things are hard to swap....hotels are not (thy are a dime a dozen).

Just post back here in a year and let us know if it was that much better.

Edited to add that the only way Marriott, or any other company, is going to get the message is if we vote with our pocket books.
