I think the algorithm is quite simple
Could it be you have unintentionnaly found one of the very much discussed sign of special treatment for PPS? No more op ups but Star G chosen first?

One more reason i am glad to have given up that PPS status... not that SQ gives many op ups... I find CX and TG a lot more generous, CX particularly.
