You could signup for a third party hosted BES (Blackberry Enterprise Server), or if you feel adventerous, install one yourself...

It's confusing, because all the plans I know of here in the US are "Blackberry Plans" that come with the BIS and browsing included in one plan.

I used to use Mailstreet:

And they currently have a promo with free activation and a free month. Might be worth checking out?
