There are actually a bunch of regulations in play here -- many of our customers (especially government hospitals) are not allowed to accept our paying for meals at all... in New York State, I think the total we can spend on any customer is $85/year for meals. In the past, $400 bottles of wine were not unheard of. These days, it is the Olive Garden.
