It has been my experience that benefits such as CL access apply to all of those travelling with you (of course this doesn't relate if you're travelling with a large group) so if your gf was travelling with you then she too would be entitled to access to the lounge. The only time I have ever seen an issue with anything related to this is on the weekends when properties offer TFB (Two for Breakfast) for elites and there are more than two people travelling in the party.
