Sophie, that is just hilarious, I know it probably wasn't at the moment, but when I just read that I laughed out loud.

On my front, my friend called this morning to tell me that they finally agreed to accept the certificate last night and the front desk lady signed it and had her manager sign and returned it to her, yes returned it to her. I guess to turn back it in at check out? Who knows, but at least they are going to take it. You're probably right about the weekend staff, but all my visits have been on weekends and I always found the staff, professional and helpful.

The hostess in the restaurant always remembers us, and sometimes, it;s a year between visits. We went one time without our neices and she asked where the girls were. Oh well, just wish they would get their people trained a little better.
