Grrr! No complimentary meal deal for me on today's BD151. Service started from the back (?!!) and I was sat in 4C so never even got served - the crew only managed to reach the middle before they had to prepare for landing. I wasn't even given a card for any miles. Actually, I should have been in Business but I've lost all my Gold GUVs. I cannot for the life of me remember where I put them. Spent several hours hunting for them yesterday but no luck.

And my flight was badly delayed today as well!
