I booked IAD-LHR for next Friday. The C seatmap only has two seats open but the agent told me that it is only half booked. Is this normal?

Are the chances good of actually getting this aircraft? Otherwise I'll probably change to the 777 that leaves 30 min earlier.

My UG chances should be good with a B fare and 1K.
