As the OP the 'contest' is somewhat tongue in cheek, but to answer the poster who asked why there are only two companies, they are doing a bracketed approach, where two companies that stink vie up against each other, and the 'winner' moves on (or I guess the loser in terms of worst company). As a former Chairman's Preferred who defected to American, and then Jetblue and Southwest (as my travel needs and service changed in Pittsburgh), I know the grass is greener on the other side. A lot greener.
