I will repeat what I've warned before...the web codes are sometimes only valid for what's available for purchase on the web!

Do not rely on all those alphabet codes on the web site. They do not always reflect the true inventory picture of what might be available. Just a general overview.

How do I know?

Because many times I've seen goose eggs there and the web site says "No Qualifing Flights" and when I call on the phone...Bingo...there is space!

And the reverse is true: I find space on the web site and when I call to book (to get the 14 day hold) phone res says they don't have space! So I end up going back and booking the exact same flights on the web!

Even some FlyerTalkers have written me saying they can't book Saver Hawaii (they were using the web) or some other destination and asking for advise. So I get their flight info and just call and many times I get to email them back with the good news.
And...

The web site codes are still buggy.

Had an example just this week. Web has a goose egg in Business, but phone says "sure!" on the exact same flights.

Plus, I've also found the web does not always give you all of the flight options to destination.

But I will repeat that sometimes the reverse is true! Phone sez no but the web has space.

So...don't rely on only one source if you really want that Saver Award/Upgrade space. Use both.
To repeat also...phone reservations often has flights that don't even show up on the web! Or can come up with creative routings that the web doesn't give as an option.
