I just had an AA rep emphatically tell me that there is still a $100 standby fee. I insisted that I read that it was not going to take effect. She was emphatic again. She put me on hold, came back and apoligized saying she'd been off the past few days and was unaware of the change. So, emphatic reps do not always know what they are talking about.
