Hi Starpisces,

from the attitude the agent gave you, it certainly sounds like a moonlighting CO agent...but the information they gave you is incorrect. As the Skymiles program is administered from Atlanta, not Italy , you will get full credit in your account for the total miles flown on all fare classes (50% credit on LUT towards Medallion status), irregardless what a local agent in Italy told you...dont worry about it...but, if Medallion status is of importance to you, please visit the DL forum to join the discussion there...and you might want to seek a new airline relationship.
