Thanks for the reply but that is not what the reservation agents in Rome are saying. They are saying that you get 1/2 mile per mile flown in L U and T period.

Last Sunday after I told an agent it was not acceptable she said that Delta makes decisions that are in the company's best interest and that there were plenty of other airlines I could choose from if I was not happy.

Could it have been an undercover agent for AA or CO moonlighting?
