I paid £1300 for a fare to JFK, but also that was in the CW spring sale, which was much advertised by BA.

Now the sale is over, but these fares are well below the usual I-fares, although above the sale prices.

I admit "cheap cheap cheap" is rather hyperbolic. "Significantly less pricey than usual" would be more accurate. Still, it is a mystery, and seems to have gone unnoticed. I'd be interested to know how long the fares have been at this level. I think it is recent.
