Booked the "Exclusive rate 25% off discount" rate back in January for a hotel in Paris but it came up afterwards as a "non qualifying stay" on my priority club online account.

Filled in an online points discrepancy form but got an email back saying the rate was too heavily discounted to get any points.

Then made a phone call to the PC call centre (without mentioning the email) and said that at no stage during the booking did it say the rate didn't qualify for points - 2 minutes later points were posted to my account !

Bottom line, call Priority club, speak directly to a human (don't email) and don't hang up the phone until they post the points.
