If it's free then I always started with a glass of champagne swiftly followed by a strong Gordon's and Tonic.
Once on board I always get an urge for a Bloody Mary - it only ever happens on a plane.
Once that tradition is outta the way then it's usually another Gordon's and Tonic before I start horsing into the red wine although I do like a nice unoaked Chardonnay with dinner.
Another glass of champagne acts as my in-flight sorbet before I start to chill out.
Maybe one more glass of red then I'm usually done.
