Actually you pay 1/2 the GST (2.5% of the fare) on a Canada - US flight
. I think you'll find that you pay some US sales taxes if you flew BLI-LAS. However, the PFC is a lot lower in BLI than the AIF in Vancouver, which is a big savings $3 vs $15
