Depends a lot on which Terminal you land at. If T2 you have to get onto the shuttle train, on arriving at T1 there are three sets of escalators to get down to departures level, then a quite a hike to get to the escalator up to the bridge near the Sheraton and a longish walk across the bridge to the ICE station!
