American Express credit cards (Blue, Optima, The Knot or The Nest ) participate in Membership Rewards Express. Express points cannot be transferred to any other program. However, if you apply for a Green or Gold charge card you will participate in the full Membership Rewards program, and all your points, including the ones you have already accumulated, will be eligible to transfer.

However, the redemption rate is now 1500:1 .
