moeve, I agree with that SQ is simply trying to see far it could get away in the name of saving a couple of bucks here and there. I do applaud Lynnsmith for trying although I may not agree with everything you said. Personally, I believed that SQ do not have a consistent policy of compensation in this case. While we valued SQ....we do not have to mouth whatever the SQ management have dished out....so pls continue fighting for your rights.
