Bank of Hawaii credit cards are actually issued by Bank of America, although it's not obvious since the issuer is listed as "FIA Card Services".
That breaks my heart. My primary reason for wanting to quit my BoA card and apply for a BoH one is that I hate BoA's inferior customer service, particularly their incompetence. Has anyone here had not had awful experiences with BoH? (In other words, please, please give me a reason to apply for the BoH card (besides the 20K bonus miles) and tell me that they are a separate entity within BoA... or something to that effect because I really love having a Hawaiian miles card)
