There may well be something somone can do, but it may take you hours to find them. I had an OLCI problem for an 11-hour long-haul flight when I had no advance seat assignment before I was a silver. It took about two hours on the phone before I found someone who both understood what was going on and could do something about it. Probably not worth that trouble for a flight to Zurich.
On the other hand, these things do quite often resolve themselves after a few minutes or a few hours (although they didn't with my LCY flight), as
nobbyclark says.
