Based on the channel line up, you will only see the Yankees or Red Sox when they are on the game of the week or playing the Braves. The Mets will be on the CW11 channel for the few games a year that they are on free TV.

Although I have not heard it yet, XM radio carries all of MLB games originating from the home team radio station.
