BD = airline code for bmi British Midland airways -- www.flybmi.com

You need to pick up and drop off the car at MAN airport, and choose United Kingdom as country of residence.

One note which I'm not sure has been pointed out so far -- reading the small print there is a no-show fee of GBP70 (About $140) so beware if you are booking a bunch of these and not intending to show or cancel. I think there is a cancellation fee as well.
