I was checking in last Saturday in West Palm Beach. Though I am an EXP and 1MM sitting in First the agent snapped at me because my bag was 3.5 lbs over 50lbs. So I removed a book lowering the bag to 52lbs and asked if this was ok. She snapped no . I said I am an EXP and 1MM would you mind being flexible. She replied, "Look honky TSA won't accept the bag." She then took off for while until returning to tag my bag and quickly take off again. Another agent finished my check in.

Yes I know honey and honky sound alike but wow! There is no TSA weight rule just an AA revenue rule. Besides this kind of treatment is sickening.

Anyone else experience something like this?
