I am at the Swansea hotel now, and have been staying here regularly for over a year. I am a rare(in the UK) Platinum Premier.

The hotel staff are wonderful, which I think is largely because they are all local and take a real pride in "their" hotel - different from the large cities. I have been treated very well from my first visit when I arrived at 2330 and got the best room in the hotel (I didn't realise that at the time !)

There is no executive lounge. The hotel is adjacent to the beach and it is an easy to walk into town. There is a large free car park. Internet access is £15 a day (standard in the UK).

There are 4 floors to the hotel. The even numbered rooms face east towards the marina and are slightly larger than the odd numbered rooms which face west.

The best 4 rooms in the hotel are 102 202 302 and 402. I get one of these 75% of the time.
