My friend, an ex-pat living in Beijing, took us to a place called "chong sianmo" that was a hole in the wall foot massage place but very nice and inexpenisive (65 RMB for a full hour).

It's not high end spa like ...looks more like a doctor's office, but the girls were attentive. Some of the massage therapists are blind.
