I would like know when it is possible to upgrade from coach to biz and frombiz to 1st if we are holding a upgradable class ticket ? Does the business class has to have availability in reward tickets in biz or availability in biz no matter the class ?

By the way, what are the reward class (Ithink it is A in First and W in biz but no idea in coach ... )
