The addresses for BA UK, BA EC NA and the fax number for BA EC NA in Florida are all over this board. I suggest registered letters to the physical addys and a fax to Dorothy Matthews (Cust. Svs. Mgr.) in Florida. Don't put up w/their shite, mate. I didn't and I prevailed.
