Sorry for this rather ignorant approach to this, but this seems like a forum of experts, and I would certainly appreciate a little help.

A friend is 1K and can nominate someone to Premier Associate and picked me (Yay!). She's really very busy and asked me if I could tell her the steps to do it. I can't figure it out from my end, I guess because I am no longer Premier anything.

Can someone please outline the steps to nominate someone?
