No, the same cardholder can receive the new account bonus for both personal and Business cards. It has also been reported that cardholders who had the original Starwood "platinum" personal card may be able to receive an additional bonus if applying for the new "red" design, but I have not tried this and I don't know if this is American Express policy or a system error when the new card was rollled out.
