N has NW when open... so now S is just limited, once C BR comes online...

Not sure if AS is maxing out C & D currently... but could we go down B some more, and maybe push WN out to the S terminal, or end of A? Its not like they need to be next to any other carriers, (since they don't play well with other carriers)... so its not like they need to be able to connect with anyone else besides themselves...
