Yes, I distinctly remember the four holes in the blue diamond laminate on the side of the galley wall. The time table holders are around the corner on the bulkhead wall up high. The plaque is / was about 10" wide and maybe 8" high (I'm going from memory here). Definately smaller than the Salmon Thirty Salmon plaque on the 737. I should have taken a pic of it.

Let me verify the AC Registration No. for this AC first and then let me backtrack, if I can, to a date of travel when I thought I did'nt see it ..... If that makes sense!
