The OP mentioned on Monday. what about the rest of the time, surely that will bring the % down to some ridiculous figure, there is a reason such statistics are collated quarterly, it gives a better representation of the actual performance.

I personally don't mind upto 15 minutes delay, as long as they bloody tell us it will be late, I find it annoying hanging around the gate because the screen said 'Boarding' whereas they had no intention of boarding for another 20+ minutes.

Another thing that gets on my nerves is the pilot saying "We'll make up time on the flight", well the flight is leaving after the time we're supposed to be arriving at, unless the aircraft is manufactured by De Lorean and he plans to take off at 88Mph, we're still very late, making up time won't be as useful as they make it out to be.

I think that's enough rant for today.
