I must admit being a little confused by your description, but assume you had a stopover on the outbound and have flown the initial sector, but not the continuation to OTP? You can then change the destination. If you have flown all the way to OTP, you can change the return to a different city (open jaw) as long as there was no stopover on the outbound, as DL only allows a stopover OR an open jaw, but not both at the standard mileage level.
Thanks... and sorry, a lot of my flights are complicated. This one I think was pretty simple:

OTP-JFK-SEA (last year)
SEA-JFK-OTP (upcoming)

So it sounds like as long as I didn't stop over in JFK on that earlier flight, and as long as I can find availability on any European route, I can change it? If so, that's great.

EDIT: Oh, and subject to availability, can I change to a flight that includes an AF routing, or does it need to be Delta metal only?
