Now I need a different date (currently booked for 19th of June, need the 26th give or take a couple days), but the site is showing no availability whatsoever.

However, it looks like I can make it work if I go to FRA, CDG, or somewhere else instead of OTP. Am I allowed to do that after having already begun the trip?

Just want to know from you guys before I call them up and try to figure something out.
Yup, as long as the total itinerary (including the already flown segments) meets the requirements. I must admit being a little confused by your description, but assume you had a stopover on the outbound and have flown the initial sector, but not the continuation to OTP? You can then change the destination. If you have flown all the way to OTP, you can change the return to a different city (open jaw) as long as there was no stopover on the outbound, as DL only allows a stopover OR an open jaw, but not both at the standard mileage level.
