On a reward ticket you should be able to force it, likely via PTY on Copa. On a paid trip I have no idea.

The flights you want are CM 202 and then CM 489. CM 202 only operates 2467 and CM489 operates x3, so pick your dates appropriately. If you want a longer layover in PTY you can do CM 307 (daily) and spend ~12 hours or even probably force an overnight to CM435 for a forced overnight and a 23:30ish connection in PTY.
