Not entirely true, although your session does expire after some amount of time. On your home computer, you should be able to get the browser to remember your AAdv number by checking the box, and as
brp suggested, if you use Firefox, you can also get the browser to remember your password, thus limiting the login procedure to a single click of the "GO" button.
