just to name a few issues
1- Popup submenus on left-hand menu don't always work. They only work on a handful of pages. Extremely annoying
2- It doesn't remember your account (it only remembers your AA number), even when you don't close the browser session.
3- Dreadful 'web page has expired' issue when you go back on your browser.
4- It often doesn't show AA itins available on other web sites, like orbitz or amex.
5- Almost no use of AJAX! (countless full trips to server to complete a reservation)
6- Non-US sites are a joke

i look forward to the site 'overhaul'
