I travel weekly and one of the places I go is Vegas. I get oohs and aahs over this and yet, let me tell ya, no places gets as old as Vegas as quickly.

However, I would suggest you look into medical device or pharm sales. With your medical background (and I'm assuming a degree in biology) that would be a good fit. I have a friend that trains medical staff on specific medical appliances and goes to HI monthly. And ID and WA and CA and AZ etc...
