Online booking not yet paid

I've recently made 2 seperate online .com rate bookings but as yet they have not been taken from my credit card.

The rate required "full prepayment at time of booking" but we are nearly 3 weeks down the line now and the bookings are still current in the Gold Passport account.

I am assuming there has been an error somewhere here on the system, anyone else experienced this before?
