In every single one of these offers I've seen with English T&Cs they state that the member earns the TPs and miles for the upgraded class on the upgraded leg. My Finnish isn't very good , but I can't spot anything in the ones you linked to above. However, to re-assure you, this is standard practice so not a glitch or error.
