So does AP just have their head in their a$$ again? I understand that fuel surcharges are included (as they should be) in the base fare for NA flights, but the last time I priced out an aeroplan ticket on AC metal within NA, they somehow managed to disconnect the fuel surcharge from the base fare and lo and behold it is payable on the AP ticket in the taxes and fees, just like for international.
