I won't even bother activating the card if they won't add that bonus when I contact them.
I forgot to followup with Amex and see if I was registered for the bonus but I've now received the following so I guess I was:
1 - 10,000 points initial
2 - 30,000 points after spending $1,500 within 3 months
3 - 2,500 points for an extra card
They created a new Hilton account for me even though I specified one when signing up but after a quick call to Amex they're now canceling the new account and transferring everything to the old one.
